Salary
- Pay Scale: The selected candidates will be appointed in the Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMGS-II) with a basic pay scale of ₹64,820 – 2,340/1 – 67,160 – 2,680/10 – 93,960.
- Perquisites: Officers will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) / Lease accommodation, City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), medical benefits, and other allowances as per bank rules.
- Service Bond: Selected candidates will serve a 1-year probation period and must execute a service bond of ₹2 Lakhs to serve the bank for a minimum of 2 years.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 25 Years (As on 01-08-2026)
- Maximum Age: 35 Years (As on 01-08-2026)
- Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD, and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen and persons affected by 1984 riots.
