IBPS RRB CRP 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must be either –
- a Citizen of India or
- a subject of Nepal or
- a subject of Bhutan or
- a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

- Office Assistant (Clerk): ₹35,000 to ₹37,000/-

IBPS RRB Selection Process
For the posts of Officers Scale I and Office Assistants (Multi-purpose) the examination will be two tier i.e. the Online Examination will be held in two phases, Preliminary and Main Examinations. |
For the post of Office Assistants (Multipurpose), candidates who qualify in Online Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main Examination. They will be provisionally allotted on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the Online Main Examination and the actual vacancies reported by the RRB of the State/ UT applied for. |
For the post of Officers Scale I, candidates who qualify in the Online Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for the Online Main Examination and shortlisted candidates in the Online Main Examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the assistance of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority. |
For the post of Officers Scale II (Generalist and Specialists) and Scale III, candidates will appear for Single Online Examination and shortlisted candidates in the Single Online Examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the assistance of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority. |
The candidates must clear each stage of the exam to be successful in selecting each post.

IBPS RRB CRP XIV 2026 Online Application Form
Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates aspiring to join any of the Regional Rural Banks (listed at Table A) as Group “A”-Officers (Scale- I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistants (Multipurpose). The candidates are required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP RRBs- XV). A candidate can apply for the Post of Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officers. However, a candidate can apply for only one post in officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale III. Candidates have to separately apply and pay application fees/intimation charges for each post for which they apply.
How to Apply
- Visit the official IBPS website at www.ibps.in.
- On the homepage, click on the “CRP RRBs” section.
- Select the recruitment link for “Common Recruitment Process – Regional Rural Banks Phase XV (CRP RRBs-XV)”.
- Choose the appropriate application link for either “Officers (Scale I, II, III)” or “Office Assistants”.
- Click on the “New Registration” button to create a registration profile using your active email ID and mobile number.
- Log in with the generated registration number and password to fill out the personal, educational, and professional details in the application form carefully.
- Upload the required scanned documents, including your passport-size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration.
- Pay the prescribed application fee through the online payment gateway.
- Verify all entered details thoroughly and click on final submit.
- Download and take a printout of the submitted application form and fee receipt for future reference.
