Key Notes on Reservation:
- Horizontal Reservation: 3% reservation is allocated horizontally for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), with 1 seat identified for Orthopedically Handicapped (OH) under the Commerce stream.
- General Guidelines: Candidates applying against unreserved (UR) vacancies will be treated under the general category regardless of their community.
Eligibility Criteria
Before filling out the form, candidates must ensure they meet the specific eligibility requirements set by AVNL MTPF:
- Age Limit: The candidate must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of engagement. Upper age limits and category-wise relaxations apply as per Government of India guidelines.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a valid Graduate Degree or Diploma in the respective streams mentioned above.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Other Conditions: Candidates must not hold any other employment or assignment during the apprenticeship period.
Stipend Details
Selected apprentices will receive a fixed monthly stipend during their training period:
- Graduate Apprentice: ₹18,000/- per month
- Diploma Apprentice: ₹16,200/- per month
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on a multi-stage procedure:
- Screening: A Screening Committee will review all received applications for eligibility.
- Written Test / Interview & Practical: Shortlisted candidates may be subjected to a written test, interview, and practical evaluation. (AVNL reserves the right to raise the eligibility criteria if a large number of applications are received).
- Merit List: Final selection will be strictly based on merit. In case of a tie in marks, the older candidate (by date of birth) will be ranked higher.
- Verification & Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must undergo document verification, a police verification report (PVR), and a medical fitness examination by a Government Assistant Civil Surgeon.

- Download the Application Form: Obtain the official notification PDF from the AVNL website (
avnl.co.in) and print the application form provided in Annexure-A. - Fill Details: Fill out the form clearly in block letters. You will need to provide your personal details, educational qualifications from 10th class onwards, Aadhaar Number, and PAN Card Number.
- Attach Photograph & Sign: Paste a recent passport-size photograph in the designated box and sign the declaration at the bottom of the form.
- Enclose Documents: Attach self-attested copies of:
