Eligibility Criteria for Admissions

• Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian National.
• Academic Qualification: Candidates must have passed Intermediate / CBSE / ICSE / APOSS / NOS with Botany, Zoology, Physics, and Chemistry as group subjects.
  • General (OC) Candidates: Minimum 45% aggregate marks in group subjects.
  • Reserved (SC/ST/BC) Categories: Minimum 40% aggregate marks in group subjects.
• Age Limit Requirements:
  • Engineering & B.Pharmacy Courses: Minimum 16 years of age as of December 31, 2026.
  • Pharm-D Course: Minimum 17 years of age as of December 31, 2026.
• Tuition Fee Reimbursement Age Cap: As of July 1, 2026, the maximum age limit for claiming fee reimbursement is 25 years for General (OC) candidates and 29 years for SC/ST/BC candidates.
• Important Note for Intermediate Vocational Candidates: Vocational students who completed the Bridge Course (Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry) are eligible only for B.Tech engineering branches (Bio-Tech, Food Tech, Food Engg, Agri Engg, Pharma Engg). They are not eligible for B.Pharmacy or Pharm-D courses.

• Payment Method: The processing fee must be paid strictly online using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking through the official candidate login.

AP EAPCET (BiPC Stream) Counselling 2026: Certificate Verification Process

1. General Candidates (Online Verification)

For most candidates, document verification is conducted online using web integration services.

• Approved Candidates: If uploaded documents are clear and verified successfully online, candidates do not need to visit any Help Line Centre (HLC) and can directly proceed to exercise web options.
• Data Correction Required: Candidates needing data corrections must visit the nearest HLC with original documents and three sets of photocopies before option entry.
• Re-upload Notice: If any uploaded document is unclear, candidates will receive an SMS alert to re-upload the document once via candidate login.

2. Special Category Candidates (Physical Verification)

Candidates claiming reservations under PWD, CAP, Scouts & Guides, NCC, Sports & Games, and Anglo-Indian quotas must attend physical verification with original documents and four sets of photocopies.

• Reporting Time: 09:00 AM daily.

Step-by-Step Counselling Procedure

1. New User Registration: Visit cap.apcfss.in, click on Candidate Login, then select New Registration. Enter your AP EAPCET BiPC Hall Ticket Number, Board details, mobile number, and Date of Birth to generate credentials.
2. Fee Payment & Form Filling: Log in using your credentials, verify your personal details, upload the required soft copies of documents, and pay the processing fee online.
3. Check Verification Status: Monitor your application status online. Once verified and cleared, your account will be enabled for option entry.
4. Exercising Web Options: Select your preferred choices of colleges and branches between August 14 and August 19, 2026. It is recommended to enter maximum options to enhance admission chances.
5. Editing Options: Modify or rearrange options on August 20, 2026, before final freezing.
6. Seat Allotment: Seat allotment will be published on August 23, 2026, after 6:00 PM based on rank, category, and preference.
7. Reporting at Allotted College: Download the allotment order and self-joining report. Complete both online self-reporting and physical reporting at the allotted college between August 24 and August 27, 2026, to confirm your seat.
