Age Limit

• Junior Assistant Manager (JAM): Candidates must be between 20 years to 25 years of age.

• Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’): Candidates must be between 21 years to 30 years of age.

• Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and 10 years for PwBD candidates as per standard government norms.

Selection Process

The recruitment process to select qualified candidates involves the following key stages:

1. Online Test (CBT): A 120-minute objective exam covering Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation (60 Marks), English Language (40 Marks), Quantitative Aptitude (40 Marks), and General/Banking Awareness/Computer Knowledge (60 Marks). There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the CBT round will be called for an interview to assess their communication skills, banking knowledge, and overall suitability.

3. Document Verification: Final verification of age, qualifications, and experience certificates.
