A total of 821 Concurrent Auditor vacancies are available for engagement on a contract basis. These posts consist of both regular and backlog vacancies, distributed among various categories including SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and General, across different circles across India.

Education Details

• Educational Qualification: There is no specific educational qualification required (NA) for this position.

• Preferred Experience: The retired personnel should preferably have prior work experience in the areas of credit, audit, or Forex. Thorough knowledge of the Bank’s systems and procedures is required.

Salary

The engaged personnel will receive a fixed monthly lumpsum compensation without any perquisites, and this compensation is paid without prejudice to their pension.

Note: For Cluster Audit involving 2 or more branches, the remuneration for weekly audit of Currency Chest Verification/Forex Transactions will be Rs. 2000 per visit per branch.

Age Limit

• The applicant must have retired from the Bank’s service upon attaining superannuation at the age of 60 years.

• The maximum age for fresh engagement as on May 14, 2026, is 63 years.

• The overall engagement period is for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years, or up to the attainment of 65 years of age, whichever comes first.

• No upper age limit relaxation is available for reserved category candidates.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on two main stages:

1. Shortlisting: Merely meeting the minimum qualifications does not confer any right to be called for an interview. A Shortlisting Committee will determine parameters and call an adequate number of candidates for the interview.

2. Interview: The interview carries a total of 100 marks. The final merit list will be prepared in descending order of interview scores, provided the candidate meets the minimum qualifying marks.
