Education Details
To apply for the PSB Apprentice Recruitment 2026, candidates must hold a Regular Graduation Degree in any discipline from a University or Institution recognized by the Central Government, as of June 6, 2026.
Note: Candidates possessing a Post Graduate degree, or those who have completed 5 years after passing their qualifying examination, or individuals with one year or more of work experience are not eligible.
Stipend
Selected apprentices will receive a fixed monthly stipend of Rs. 12,300/- for the entire training duration of 12 months. Apprentices will not be eligible for any other allowances such as DA, HRA, or conveyance.

Selection Process
The selection process for the Punjab and Sind Bank Apprentice roles does not involve a written examination. It consists of the following stages:
Merit List: Shortlisting will be based entirely on the marks scored in the HSC / 10+2 examination. The merit list will be drawn State-wise, District-wise, and Category-wise.
Document Verification: Verification of educational certificates, local language proficiency (8th/10th/12th mark sheet showing local language), category certificates, and valid Aadhaar details.
Medical Examination: Final engagement is subject to being declared medically fit.
