Important Notes on Qualifications:
Equivalency: Equivalent qualifications will be considered strictly as per Government / UGC / AIU / AICTE guidelines.
Specialization Certificates: For degrees or diplomas, the certificate must explicitly detail the specialization. If the university/board does not mention it on the certificate, candidates must submit a separate Certificate of Specialization issued by the institute.
Dual Specializations: Candidates with dual specializations must provide a certificate stating the major or minor subject. If they carry equal weightage, a certificate confirming equal weightage must be submitted.

Age Limit (as of 01/05/2026)
Senior Manager (E-4): Maximum 47 years (48 years for the Medical Cadre).
Manager (E-3): Maximum 42 years (44 years for the Medical Cadre).
Deputy Manager (E-2): Maximum 40 years.
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and up to 15 years for PwBD candidates depending on their category.
Selection Process
The selection process for all advertised posts will be based purely on the candidate’s performance in the Personal Interview (PI), which carries a 100% weightage.
