Education Details
To be eligible for the Agniveer (Apprentice) position, candidates must meet the following academic criteria:
10th Pass: Candidates must have passed their Matriculation (10th standard) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
Diploma: Candidates must also possess a 3-year AICTE-recognized Engineering Diploma in prescribed disciplines with at least 50% marks.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive an attractive financial package as per the standard Indian Navy Agnipath Scheme guidelines. Agniveers generally receive a customized monthly package starting at ₹30,000 during their first year, which increases annually. This is accompanied by applicable risk and hardship allowances, as well as the Seva Nidhi exit package upon the successful completion of their four-year engagement period.

Selection Process
