Education Details
Graduate Engineers / Executives: Candidates must possess a regular full-time Engineering Degree (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc Engg.) in relevant disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Computer Science. For non-technical posts like HR and Materials Management, a regular MBA or PG Diploma is required.
Diploma Engineers: Candidates must hold a regular Diploma in Engineering in respective streams (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical).
Minimum Marks: Applicants must have secured at least 60% marks in their qualifying degree/diploma (relaxable to 55% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized university or institution.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration along with eligibility for annual increments and applicable allowances:

Additional Allowances:
- An annual increment of 3% will be provided upon completion of each year of service.
- An additional Site Allowance of ₹250 per day is payable for actual attendance at project site locations (excluding corporate/inspection offices).
- A North East Allowance (₹5,000/month for Degree and ₹3,000/month for Diploma) is applicable if posted to North Eastern regions for non-domiciles.

Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PWD applicants. However, no applicant aged 56 years or above is eligible to apply.
Selection Process
The selection process relies on the initial shortlisting of applications followed by an evaluation interview:
Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on relevant qualification standards, percentages, and inline post-qualification work experience.
Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a personal interview conducted at PDIL Bhawan, Noida.
Travel Reimbursement: Shortlisted candidates appearing for the interview will be eligible for to-and-fro rail fare reimbursement (III AC for Graduate scale and Sleeper Class for Diploma scale) via the shortest route.
