Note on Qualification Marks Requirements: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks (First Class) for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS categories or 55% aggregate for SC/ST categories in their qualifying full-time degrees. The percentage criterion is exempted for qualified CA/CMA/CS candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
Candidates must hold the prescribed full-time/regular qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech, M.Sc, L.L.B, M.B.B.S, CA/CMA/MBA, or CS, corresponding to their specific discipline.
Qualifications should be completed with a “First Class” (60% marks in aggregate) for UR/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates, and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates (this percentage criteria is not applicable for qualified CAs/CMAs/CSs).
Relevant post-qualification experience is mandatory, ranging from 2 years for Assistant Manager (E-1) posts up to 20 years for the General Manager (E-7) post.

Selected candidates will be placed in the respective executive pay scales and offered an attractive Cost to Company (CTC), which includes Performance Related Pay, Basic Pay, DA, HRA, and other standard CPSE benefits.

Application Fee
UR / EWS / OBC (NCL): INR 944/- (Application Fee of INR 590 + Processing Fee of INR 354, inclusive of GST).
SC / ST / PwBD / ESM / Women / Internal Candidates: Exempted from the Application Fee, but must pay a non-refundable Processing Fee of INR 354/- (inclusive of GST).
Selection Process
Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on the self-certified information and documents uploaded. IREL management reserves the right to raise minimum eligibility standards to restrict the number of candidates.
Assessment: The final selection will be based on a Personal Interview, Psychometric test, Group exercise, or a combination thereof.
Medical Fitness: Selected candidates will undergo a pre-employment medical examination arranged by the company.
