Educational Qualification & Experience
The eligibility criteria for JPA and Stenographer roles (Post Nos. 2, 4 & 6) have been explicitly clarified in the latest corrigendum:
For Junior Personal Assistant (JPA) / Stenographer
Candidates must possess:
- Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognized University, with the condition that Graduation must be completed within the stipulated duration of the course. OR
- Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognized Board/University, completed within the stipulated duration WITH ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE AS STENO-TYPIST/STENOGRAPHER.
Additional Mandatory Skills (For Post 2, 4 & 6):
- A minimum speed of 60 w.p.m in English stenography.
- Proficiency in the use of Computers.
For Assistant / Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
- Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale completed within the stipulated duration of the course.
- Proficiency in the use of Computers.
Selection Process and Qualifying Marks
The selection will be conducted through a Written Test followed by a Skill Test. The qualifying criteria have been revised as follows:
1. Written Test
- Assistant / UDC (Posts 1, 3, 5):
- UR / EWS: 50% marks across Parts A, B, C & D.
- Reserved Categories (OBC/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen): 40% marks across Parts A, B, C & D against notified reserved vacancies.
- JPA / Stenographer (Posts 2, 4, 6):
- UR / EWS: 50% marks across Parts A, B & C.
- Reserved Categories (OBC/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen): 40% marks across Parts A, B & C against notified reserved vacancies.
2. Skill Test (Pass Criteria)
- Computer Literacy Test:
- UR / EWS: 60% marks.
- Reserved Categories: 50% marks against notified reserved vacancies.
- Stenography Test (Only for Post 2, 4, 6):
- UR / EWS: Maximum 10% mistakes.
- Reserved Categories: Maximum 12% mistakes against notified reserved vacancies.

- General / OBC / EWS: ₹500/- (Processing fee, refundable subject to appearing in the written test).
- SC / ST / PwBD / Women: Exempted from the application fee (Processing fee of ₹500/- is fully refunded upon appearing in the exam).
