Educational Qualification & Experience

• Engineer (RE – Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) Degree in the respective discipline with at least 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). A minimum of 03 years of post-qualification executive experience is required; candidates with Renewable Energy (RE) experience will be preferred.
• Engineer (RE – Safety): Full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil/Power Engineering with at least 65% marks along with a full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety, OR Full-time Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety with at least 65% marks. Requires 03 years of relevant executive experience.
• Executive (RE – Human Resource): Graduates with at least 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/Program in Management with specialization in HR/IR/Personnel Management or MHROD or MBA (HR) with at least 65% marks. Requires 03 years of post-qualification experience in HR functions/IR.
• Executive (RE – Finance): Qualified CA/CMA with a minimum of 01 year of post-qualification executive experience in Finance/Accounts.
• Executive (RE – CSR): Full-time PG Degree/Diploma/Program in Rural Management/Rural Development/MSW/MBA or Engineering Graduate with at least 65% marks, requiring 03 years of relevant experience.
• Executive (RE – Rajbhasha): Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with the other as a compulsory/elective subject at the degree level (or equivalent variations), with 03 years of experience in translation or official language implementation.

Salary & Remuneration

• The approximate CTC for all the above-mentioned posts will be Rs. 11,00,000/- per annum.
• This includes fixed and variable components, HRA, Mediclaim (for self, spouse, dependent parents, and two children), performance-based variable pay, and a satisfactory service grant.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit for all posts is 35 Years as on the last date of online application.
• Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwBD candidates where vacancies are reserved for such categories.

Selection Process

1. Application Shortlisting: Based on qualification, marks, and experience.
2. Computer Based Test (CBT): If conducted, it will consist of a Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and an Aptitude Test (AT) totaling 100 questions over 2 hours. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
4. Final Merit List: Based on cumulative scores from CBT (if held), experience, and interview. Medical fitness clearance is mandatory before joining.
