Dr. RMLIMS Jobs 2026 Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process is structured into two stages of Computer Based Tests followed by a Skill Test (wherever applicable):
Screening CBT (100 Marks) ➔ Main CBT (100 Marks) ➔ Skill / Typing Test (Qualifying) ➔ Document Verification & Medical Exam
1. Screening CBT Exam
- Act as a shortlisting filter to qualify candidates for the Main Exam in a 1:10 ratio per category.
- Screening test marks are not added to the final merit score.
2. Main CBT Exam & Structure
- The final merit ranking is prepared exclusively on the basis of marks secured in the Main CBT Examination.
- Duration: 2 Hours (120 Minutes).
- Total Marks: 100 Marks (100 MCQs, Bilingual in Hindi & English):
- Core Subject Knowledge (Relevant to Post Qualification): 60 Marks
- General English: 10 Marks
- General Knowledge: 10 Marks
- Reasoning: 10 Marks
- Mathematical Aptitude: 10 Marks
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark for each correct answer; 0.25 mark deducted for each incorrect response.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50% for UR/EWS candidates; 40% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
3. Skill Test (For Stenographer Posts)
- Candidates shortlisted at 5 times the vacancies will appear for the Stenography and Typing test (Hindi typing available in Mangal or Krutidev 10 fonts). The skill test is purely qualifying in nature.
