Eligibility Criteria (As on 31.07.2026)
All qualifications must be acquired on a full-time regular basis with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (except for CA/CMA).
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Engineer (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical): Regular B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) in the relevant engineering branch with 1 year of post-qualification inline executive experience. BOE certification is advantageous for Chemical/Mechanical posts.
- Engineer (IT): B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) in Computer Science / IT or MCA with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Officer (Materials / Transportation): Engineering degree in any discipline OR 2-year regular MBA / PG Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management with 1 year (3 years for AM) of relevant experience.
- Officer (HR): Regular 2-year MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with 1 year of experience. Law degree (LLB) is desirable.
- Officer (Secretarial): Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with 1 year of executive secretarial experience.
- Finance & Accounts (Accounts Officer / AM / Chief Manager): CA / CMA or full-time 2-year MBA with Finance specialization with 1 year (E-1), 3 years (E-2), or 18 years (E-6) of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Medical (Addl. CMO / CMO): MBBS degree (MD/MS preferred) with 11 years (Addl. CMO) or 14 years (CMO) of professional medical experience.
Age Limit & Relaxations
- E-1 Level (Engineer / Officer): Maximum 30 years
- E-2 Level (Assistant Manager): Maximum 40 years
- E-3 Level (Deputy Manager): Maximum 40 years
- E-4 / E-5 Level (Addl. CMO / CMO): Maximum 45 years
- E-6 Level (Chief Manager): Maximum 50 years
- Age Relaxations: Upper age relaxation is admissible by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 to 15 years for PwBD candidates as per Government of India guidelines.

Selection Methodology
- Screening & Shortlisting: Applications and submitted supporting documents will be screened against the eligibility norms.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview (minimum qualifying mark is 50%).
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): In the event of receiving a large volume of applications, RFCL may conduct a CBT to shortlist candidates for the interview round.
