Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be permanent residents / Domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and hold a valid Domicile Certificate issued on or before October 9, 2026.
Selection Process
- Written / OMR Examination: Objective-type Multiple Choice Questions set exclusively in English. There will be a negative marking penalty of 0.25 marks (one-fourth) for each incorrect answer.
- Merit List Preparation: Category-wise merit lists will be prepared based on marks secured in the written examination.
- Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates must present their original educational, domicile, date of birth, and category certificates before the Document Verification Committee.
