राज्य में स्थित जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों (DIET) में संचालित द्विवर्षीय डी०एल०एड० (D.El.Ed.) प्रशिक्षण हेतु प्रवेश परीक्षा 2026 में सम्मिलित होने हेतु इच्छुक एवं अर्ह अभ्यर्थी उत्तराखण्ड विद्यालयी शिक्षा परिषद् की वेबसाइट www.ukdeled.com पर निर्धारित समय सारणी के अनुसार ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण एवं आवेदन कर सकते हैं। ऑनलाइन आवेदन के अतिरिक्त अन्य किसी माध्यम से प्रेषित किये गये आवेदन पत्र स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे। परिषद् द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप एवं माध्यम के अनुसार ही आवेदन पत्र स्वीकार किये जायेंगे।

प्रवेश परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने हेतु परिषद् की वेबसाइट www.ukdeled.com पर दिनांक 15 सितम्बर, 2026 से ऑनलाइन आवेदन (प्रक्रिया हेतु परिशिष्ट एक देखें) आमंत्रित किये जाते हैं। ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की अन्तिम तिथि 06 अक्टूबर, 2026 रात्रि 11:59 बजे एवं ऑनलाइन शुल्क जमा करने की अन्तिम तिथि 08 अक्टूबर, 2026 रात्रि 11:59 बजे तक है। निर्धारित अंतिम तिथि व समय के बाद आवेदन पत्र / परीक्षा शुल्क किसी भी स्थिति में स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे।

UBSE D.El.Ed 2026 Seat Details

The 2-Year D.El.Ed program offers a total of 650 seats across 13 District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs) in Uttarakhand. Each DIET is allocated 50 seats, equally divided with 25 seats for the Science stream and 25 seats for the Non-Science stream.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility

• Academic Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Non-Science (Arts/Commerce/Humanities) stream from a legally established university in India, completed on or before the last date of application.

• Stream Classification:

  • Graduates with a B.Sc. or B.Sc. (Agriculture) are classified under the Science Group.

  • Graduates with a B.A. or Commerce degree are classified under the Non-Science Group.

  • For other professional undergraduate degrees (e.g., B.B.A., B.C.A.), the stream classification will be based on the candidate’s Intermediate (Class 12) stream.

• State / Domicile Criteria: Applicants must have passed their High School and Intermediate examinations from recognized institutions located within Uttarakhand. Exemptions apply for state/central government employees, defense personnel posted in the state, or permanent residents of Uttarakhand residing elsewhere for employment or education.

UBSE D.El.Ed Admission 2026 Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 19 Years as of July 1, 2027.

• Maximum Age: 30 Years as of July 1, 2027.

• Note: Category-wise age relaxations on the upper age limit are applicable for SC, ST, OBC, and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Uttarakhand State Government personnel department rules. There is no relaxation for the minimum age limit.

Application Fee & Course Fee

Entrance Exam Application Fee:

• General / OBC Category: Rs. 600/-

• SC / ST Category: Rs. 300/-

• Divyang (PwD – All Categories): Rs. 150/-

D.El.Ed Training Fees:

• The 2-Year D.El.Ed training is a self-financed course. Selected candidates will be required to pay a training fee of Rs. 35,000 per year and an examination fee of Rs. 1,000 per semester.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The selection process is purely based on the merit achieved in the state-level entrance examination, followed by a counseling phase conducted by SCERT Uttarakhand for district/DIET allocation.

Entrance Exam Pattern:

• Exam Mode: Offline (OMR Sheet based) Multiple Choice Questions.

• Duration: 2 Hours 30 Minutes (10:00 AM to 12:30 PM).

• Total Questions: 200 Questions.

• Maximum Marks: 200 Marks (1 mark for every correct response).

• Negative Marking: There is no negative marking.

• Syllabus Coverage: The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi and English) and will test candidates on General Knowledge/Comprehension, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and Teaching Aptitude.

1. Visit the Official Portal: Navigate to the dedicated admission portal at ukdeled.com or access it via the UBSE Official Website.

2. New Registration: Click on “New User Registration” and provide your Name, Father’s Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID.

3. OTP Verification: Verify your contact details using the distinct OTPs sent to your mobile and email address.

4. Fill the Application Form: Log in to complete the application. Select your applying group (Science or Non-Science), exam city preferences (choose two cities from the 29 available locations), and your preferred photo ID proof (such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License).

5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of a recent color photograph, your signature, and your left-hand thumb impression in .jpg format within the prescribed file size limits.

6. Preview and Declare: Carefully review all entered details in the preview step and check the declaration box.

7. Payment of Fees: Proceed to pay the required application fee online using Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.
