The selection procedure comprises four distinct phases:

- Visit the official Staff Selection Commission website at ssc.gov.in.
- Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) using a valid email ID and active mobile number.
- Log in with your registration credentials and locate the CGEPT Batches 01/2027 & 02/2027 application link.
- Select your eligible post and enter personal, demographic, and educational marks carefully.
- Capture a real-time live photograph through the system camera and upload scanned copies of your signature, age proof, identity card, and domicile certificate.
- Select your preferred cities for the Stage-I online examination center.
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 550/- online (if applicable) using debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
- Preview your application details, submit the form before 5:30 PM on October 21, 2026, and print the confirmation page for your records.
