Candidates must possess a regular, full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (B.E. / B.Tech) or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute approved by statutory authorities in India:

Minimum Marks Requirement: Minimum 60% aggregate marks across all semesters/years for UR, OBC-NCL, and EWS candidates; minimum 50% aggregate marks for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
Mode of Course: Qualifications acquired through distance education, part-time, correspondence, or e-learning modes are strictly not eligible.
HAL Junior Executive Jobs 2026 Salary & Benefits
Pay Scale: Appointed executives will be placed under the E0 Pay Scale (Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000/-).
Basic Pay: Rs. 30,000/- per month with an annual increment of 3% in the second and third years.
Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA revised quarterly), House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per city classification, and Cafeteria Allowance at 35% of the Basic Pay.
Additional Benefits: Reimbursement of medical insurance coverage premium up to Rs. 25,000/- per annum (coverage up to Rs. 10 Lakhs), Provident Fund contributions, Gratuity (on completion of 1 year), uniform and stitching allowances, and TA/DA benefits as applicable to Grade-I officers.

Selection Process
Shortlisting for Interview: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on aggregate percentage marks obtained in their qualifying engineering degree in a ratio of 1:10 per discipline and category.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated by a Selection Committee through a personal interview.
Qualifying Score: Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the personal interview to qualify for final empanelment (relaxation is admissible for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Provisionally selected candidates must meet the medical fitness standards prescribed by HAL doctors before appointment.
