AAICLAS Assistant Security Vacancy 2026 Education Details

Candidates must have successfully completed their 12th standard (Senior Secondary) from any recognised Board, University, or Institution. A minimum of 60% marks is required for General category candidates, while SC/ST candidates must have at least 55% marks. Additionally, candidates must be able to read and speak English and Hindi, and/or be conversant in the local language of the posting location.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will be offered a consolidated fixed monthly remuneration based on their year of service:

• First Year: Rs. 21,500/- per month
• Second Year: Rs. 22,000/- per month
• Third Year: Rs. 22,500/- per month

Note: Employees are also entitled to TA/DA for official tours, medical insurance reimbursement up to Rs. 10,000 per annum, and specific leave benefits as per company policies.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for applicants is 27 years as of 01 June 2026.

Age relaxation applies according to government norms:

• SC/ST Category: 5 years relaxation
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation
• Ex-Servicemen: 5 years relaxation

Selection Process

The selection procedure will primarily consist of an online interaction/interview. Candidates who hold a higher percentage of marks will be prioritized and called first for the interaction phase. Final selection will be determined by a merit list prepared strictly on the basis of the marks secured during the interview, followed by document verification at the time of joining.
