Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must Pass must be an Advocate of not less than Seven years continuous practice immediately preceding the last date fixed for the submission of application forms from the recognized Organization/Board
practice : A candidate must be an Advocate of not less than 07 years’ continuous practice as an Advocate on the last date fixed for the submission of application forms.
Age Limit
A candidate must have attained the age of 35 years and must not have attained the age of 45 years as on 01.01.2021, i.e. the candidate must have been born on or after 02.01.1976 and not later than 01.01.1986. Age limit shall be higher by 03 years in case of SC/ST/OBC category candidates belonging to the State of U. P. only (a candidate of SC/ST/OBC category must have attained the age of 35 years and must not have attained the age of 48 years as on 0l.012021, i.e. the candidate must have been born on or after 02.01.1973 and not later than 01.01.1986}.

Selection Process
Selection will be done as per Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) at prayagraj (Allahabad)
Preliminary Examination: The tentative date of Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) is 04th April, 2021 (Sunday) and the same will be held at Prayagraj and only those candidates shall be called to appear in the Main Written Examination who secure 45% or more marks in the Preliminary Examination, provided that candidates not more than 20 times the number of vacancies category-wise i.e. separately for General, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes shall be admitted to the Main Written Examination.
Application Fee
Examination Fee for GeneraVOBC candidates is Rs.1250/· and Rs. 1000/- for S.C./S.T. candidates belonging to State of U.P. only. (Rs.1250/- for all the candidates belonging to States other than U.P.).
