ఎపి గ్రామ సచివాలయాల్లో 1,04,830 ఉద్యోగాలకు పంచాయతీరాజ్ శాఖ..  ఎపి పట్టణ వార్డు సచివాలయాల్లో 21,898 ఉద్యోగాలకు పట్టణాభివృద్ది శాఖ నోటిఫికేషన్లను వేర్వేరుగా జారీచేశాయి. జూలై 27వ తేదీ ఉ.11 గంటల నుంచి ఆగస్టు 10వ తేదీ అర్ధరాత్రి ఆన్‌లైన్ విధానంలో దరఖాస్తుల స్వీకరణ కొనసాగుతుంది. ఈ పరీక్షలకు సెప్టెంబరు ఒకటవ తేదీన రాత పరీక్ష నిర్వహించే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఈ నియామకాల ద్వారా వైద్య ఆరోగ్య, రెవెన్యూ, పోలీస్ తదితర 11 ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలను సమన్వయం చేసుకుంటూ మొత్తం 22 రకాల ఉద్యోగాలను సర్కారు భర్తీచేస్తుంది.

AP Grama/Ward Sachivalayam – Selection Process

Selection will be done on the basis of Performance in Offline OMR based Written Test to be Conducted by Respective District Selection Committee (DSC). Each District is the unit of appointment. District Selection Committee (DSC) is the selection authority and the District Collector is the appointing authority. The DSC will follow the principle of order of merit and the selection of process is carried out with utmost regard to secrecy and confidentiality so as to ensure that the principle of merit is scrupulously followed.

AP Grama/Ward Sachivalayam – Cutoff Marks

The minimum qualifying marks for consideration of a candidate to the selection process are 40% for OCs, 35% for BCs, and 30% for SCs, STs and PHs or as per rules. In the event of Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribe candidates not coming up for selection with the existing minimum prescribed for selection in the examination conducted their selection shall be considered on the basis of rank with reference to their performance in the OMR based written examination irrespective of the marks secured.

AP Grama/Ward Sachivalayam – Exam Pattern

Offline OMR based Written Exam will be Conducted by Concerned DSC. The Exam Paper will have Two Parts. Part-A will be Common for All Posts.

Part- A will be for Either 75 Marks or for 50 Marks ( According to Post)

Part-B varies according to Respective Post.

Note: For each correct answer 1 mark will be awarded and each wrong answer will carry negative mark

How to Write The Exam?

Since the answer sheets are to be scanned (valued) with Optical Mark Scanner system, the candidates have to USE BALL POINT PEN (BLUE or BLACK) ONLY FOR MARKING THE ANSWERS. The candidates will be supplied OMR Sheet consisting of two copies i.e., the Original Copy (Top Sheet) and Duplicate Copy (Bottom Sheet). The candidate is required to use Ball Point Pen (Blue or Black) for filling the relevant blocks in the OMR Sheet including bubbling the answers. After writing the examination the candidate has to handover the original OMR sheet (Top Sheet) to the invigilator in the examination hall. If any candidate takes away the original OMR Sheet (Top Sheet) his/her candidature will be rejected. However the candidate is permitted to take away the duplicate (Bottom Sheet) OMR Sheet for his/her record. The candidates should bring his own Ball Point Pen (Blue or Black and smooth writing pad) to Exam Hall.
