AP Open 10th/Inter Admission 2026-27 Application Form: The APOSS SSC and Inter Admission Notification has been released on June 12, 2026. All Eligible Students can Apply Online for the 10th Class and Intermediate to study under Distance Education. For a Smooth flow of Admissions, 1077 Study Centers will be established for ONLINE/OFFLINE Classes and student coordination. The Last Date to Submit Applications for APOSS Admissions is September 15, 2026.

APOSS Admission: Eligibility

10th Class Admission	Students should complete 14 years Students should have any one of the following Birth Certificate Issued by Municipal Office Transfer Certificate (TC) (In Case, Discontinued in School Stage)
Intermediate Admission	Student should Passed in SSC or its Equivalent / Intermediate Drop-Out To Complete Intermediate in One Year, There should be a one-year gap after SSC (10th).

Note: The certificate issued by the APOSS is equivalent to SSC/Intermediate at their levels and can be valid for all Higher Education and Government Jobs.

APOSS Admission 2026-27 – Age Limit

Minimum Age Limit for Open Schools 10th/SSC Admissions	Minimum 14 Years as on 31st Aug. And there is no Upper limit
Minimum Age Limit for Open Schools Inter Admissions	Minimum 15 Years as on 31st Aug. And there is no Upper limit

APOSS 10th / Inter: Medium of Teaching

Student can opt for any one of the following medium – English, Telugu, Urdu

Compulsory Subjects

అధ్యయన ప్రణాళికలో సూచించిన గ్రూపుల లిస్టు నుండి ఏవైన 5 సబ్జెక్టులను ఎంపిక చేసుకోవచ్చు.

For Inter: గ్రూప్-ఎ లోని ఇంగ్లీషు సబ్జెక్టు ఎంపిక తప్పనిసరి. సైన్స్ గ్రూప్ ఎంపిక చేసుకొనేవారు 10వ తరగతిలో తప్పనిసరిగా గణితం, జనరల్ సైన్స్ సబ్జెక్టులను చదివి ఉండాలి.

Optional Subjects

అభ్యాసకులు ఆసక్తి మరియు అవసరాన్నిబట్టి ఒక అదనపు సబ్జెక్టును ఆరవ సబ్జెక్టుగా ప్రవేశ సమయంలోనే ఎంపిక చేసుకొనవలెను.

Online Video Classes ఏపీఓఎస్ఎస్ – జ్ఞానధార’ యూట్యూబ్ ఛానెల్

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ సార్వత్రిక విద్యాపీఠం ఆధ్వర్యంలో ‘ఏపీఓఎస్ఎస్ – జ్ఞానధార’ ప్రత్యేక యూట్యూబ్ ఛానెల్ ను ప్రారంభించారు. ఇందులో పదో తరగతి, ఇంటర్మీడియట్ విద్యార్థులకు ఉపయోగకరమైన పాఠ్యాంశ వీడియోలను పొందుపరుస్తామని అన్నారు.

APOSS Exam Structure

ఎ.పి. ఓపెన్ స్కూల్ సంవత్సరంలో రెండుసార్లు పబ్లిక్ పరీక్షలను నిర్వహిస్తుంది. అభ్యాసకులు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ అయిన ఐదు సంవత్సరాల కాలంలో తొమ్మిది పర్యాయాలు పబ్లిక్ పరీక్షలకు హాజరుకావచ్చు. ప్రతి సంవత్సరం మార్చి/ఏప్రిల్ మరియు జూలై/ఆగస్టు సమయాలలో పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించబడును.

అభ్యాసకులు తమ వీలును అనుసరించి, ఎంపిక చేసుకొన్న అన్ని సబ్జెక్టులకు గాని లేదా తమకు వీలైనన్ని సబ్జెక్టులకు గాని పరీక్షలకు హాజరు కావచ్చును. నిర్ణీత 5 సంవత్సరాలలో అన్ని సబ్జెక్టులు ఉత్తీర్ణత పొందిన పిదప ఉత్తీర్ణతా పత్రం ఇవ్వబడును. 5 సంవత్సరాలలో ఉత్తీర్ణులు కాలేని యెడల తిరిగి ప్రవేశం పొందుటకు అవకాశం ఉన్నది.

మార్కుల బదలాయింపు

గుర్తింపు పొందిన భారతదేశంలోని సీనియర్ సెకండరి ఎడ్యుకేషన్ బోర్డు నుండి ఇంటర్మీడియట్ లో పాసైన ఏవేని 2 సబ్జెక్టుల మార్కులను/గ్రేడులను ఎ.పి. ఓపెన్ స్కూల్ ఇంటర్మీడియట్ కోర్సుకు బదలాయించుకునే అవకాశం కలదు. అయితే ఈ సబ్జెక్టులు ప్రస్తుతం ఎ.పి. ఓపెన్ స్కూల్ ఇంటర్మీడియట్ స్కీములోనివై పుండాలి.

ఇతర బోర్డుల ద్వారా ఇంటర్మీడియట్ చదువుచున్న లేదా పాసైన అభ్యాసకులు తిరిగి ఎ.పి. ఓపెన్ స్కూల్ ఇంటర్మీడియట్లో ప్రవేశానికి అనర్హులు.

GO No. 74 APOSS Reducing Pass Marks for PH Students

అలాగే ప్రభుత్వం విడుదల చేసిన జీవో నెం 74 ప్రకారం 40 శాతం వైకల్యం ఉన్న ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలు కలిగిన పిల్లలకు ఉత్తీర్ణత మార్కులను తగ్గించారన్నారు. అంధులు, వినికిడిలోపం ఉన్నవారికి 35 నుంచి 20 మార్కులకు తగ్గించారని, ఆటిజం, బుద్దిమాంద్యం, మస్తిష్క పక్షవాతం ఉన్నవారికి 35 నుంచి 10 మార్కులకు తగ్గించారన్నారు. అభ్యసన వైకల్యం ఉన్నవారికి ఏదైనా ఒక పాఠ్యాంశంలో 20 మార్కులు, మిగిలిన వాటిలో 35 మార్కులు వస్తే ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధించనట్లేనన్నారు. తక్కువ దృష్టి కలిగినవారు, కీళ్లు మందగించిన వారికి పరీక్ష కేంద్రంలో ప్రత్యేక సౌకర్యాలు, స్ర్కైబ్‌ వసతి ఉంటాయన్నారు.
