Age Limit & Relaxations (As on 01.07.2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years
- Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for candidates belonging to SC, ST, BC, and EWS categories (Maximum age up to 47 years).
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted and selected through a multi-stage evaluation based on the specific post applied for:
- Record Assistant (100 Marks):
- Paper-I (Written Test – SSC Standard): 55 Marks
- Paper-II (Computer Practical Test – MS Office): 20 Marks
- Interview: 25 Marks
- Office Subordinate (100 Marks):
- Written Test (Objective, SSC standard): 75 Marks
- Interview: 25 Marks
- Cook / Dhobi / Barber / Sweeper / Scavenger (100 Marks):
- Stage I (Read & Write Test in Telugu): 15 Marks
- Stage II (Practical Skill Test): 60 Marks
- Stage III (Interview): 25 Marks
Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview round in a 1:5 ratio based on their performance in the written test or skill test.
Local Jurisdiction Criteria
The recruitment jurisdiction covers the erstwhile East Godavari District. Candidates who completed their schooling (Class 4th to 10th) within the erstwhile East Godavari district will be treated as Local Candidates as per the Presidential Order; others will be treated as Non-Local.
