మొత్తం పోస్టుల్లో 2,400 ఎస్జీటీ పోస్టులు కాగా.. మిగతావి స్కూల్‌ అసిస్టెంట్ పోస్టులు ఉన్నాయి. ఉద్యోగాలకు ఎంపికైన ఎస్జీటీ టీచర్లకు రూ.5000, స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్ టీచర్లకు రూ.7000 జీతంగా చెల్లించనున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్యను బట్టి విద్యావాలంటీర్లను నియమించనున్నారు.
విద్యావాలంటీర్ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి సంబంధించి అత్యధికంగా తూర్పుగోదావరి, చిత్తూరు జిల్లాల్లో 800 చొప్పున పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు. అలాగే.. శ్రీకాకుళం, విజయనగరం జిల్లాల్లో 100 చొప్పున పోస్టులు భర్తీ చేయాలని అధికారులు నిర్ణయించారు.
