The Qualified and eligible candidates APEAPCET-2023 (Bi.P.C stream) desirous of seeking admission into B.E/B.Tech(Bio-Technology, Food Technology & Pharmaceutical Engg.)/B.Pharmacy/Pharm-D Courses are informed that the web counseling process comprising payment of processing fee cum registration, online certificate verification, and option entry will be conducted from 10-12-2023 to 16-12-2023. The candidates are instructed to follow guidelines/Instructions to candidates or the user manual to proceed with the web counseling process.

The qualified and eligible candidates of APEAPCET-2023(Bi.P.C. Stream) are informed to participate in web counseling for the seats available in (i) University and private Engineering Colleges and (ii) University and private Pharmacy colleges under Convenor quota in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2023-23.

Steps for Registration and Payment of Processing Fee

1. Open the website using    https://sche.ap.gov.in   and click on EAPCET-2023 ADMISSIONS(Bi.P.C stream)
2. Then click on the Registration form link
3. Candidates can enter into Registration form by using “EAPCET Hall Ticket No” and “Date of Birth”
4. Registration form with all the basic information is displayed, verify all the details.

• if no mistakes are found, accept the declaration and the candidate will be directed to the processing fee payment gateway.
• If any mistake is found in the information provided, the candidate can use the provision to make changes by selecting the option “yes” from the drop-down box provided before the declaration and clicking on submit button, which will direct the candidate to make any corrections to rectify the mistakes using suitable data with relevant document proofs to be uploaded through online. Then accept the declaration and the candidate will be directed to the processing fee payment gateway.
• The processing fee for web counseling is Rs.1200/- (for OC/BC) and Rs. 600/- (for SC/ST). The candidates are instructed to pay online by credit card/ debit card/net banking etc in web site https://sche.ap.gov.in
• All the candidates from 1 to Last Rank can pay the processing fee from 10.12.2023 to 12 .12.2023 using URL https://sche.ap.gov.in.

Once the payment is successful click on the print button and take a printout.

AP EAMCET 2023 Bi.P.C Stream Counselling: CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED BY ALL CANDIDATES:

All Original Certificates and two sets of Xerox copies

1. APEAPCET-2023 Rank card.
2. APEAPCET-2023 Hall Ticket.
3. Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent).
4. Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo).
5. Transfer Certificate ( T.C)
6. Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
7. EWS certificate valid for the year 2023-22 from MeeSeva for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category
8. Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.
9. Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
10. Integrated Community Certificate, in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority.
11. Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after 01.01.2018 or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parents name have to be reflected in the ration card) those who claim tuition fee reimbursement)
12. Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June-2023shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates:

• PH-Certificate issued by District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible.
• CAP– Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Board (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category.
• NCC & Sports– Produce Original Certificates issued by the competent authorities. The candidate should have represented from the state of A.P
• Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority status or Certificate from the Head Master.
• Anglo-Indian: A Certificate issued by Competent Authority of their place of Residence.

NOTE: Original Certificates need not be deposited in the college at the time of admission

Processing Fee to be Paid:Processing Fee: Rs.1200/- (OC/BC), Rs.600/-(SC/ST).
Processing fee can be paid by the candidate using credit card or debit card or through net banking from 26.08.2023.
Visit https://apeamcetbd.nic.in and click on processing fee payment online.
Enter APEAMCET Hall Ticket number and rank and click on pay fee online.
The candidate will be directed to payment gateway.
Select any one mode of payment i.e credit card or debit card or net banking and enter credentials.
Once the payment is success click on print button and take a print out and produce at the time of verification of certificates.
Candidate shall note that he/she shall have paid the processing fee when candidate attends for certificate verification as per the schedule and ranks mentioned against each date. i.e the processing fee should be paid online by the candidate before he/she attends certificate verification.
Tuition Fee particulars and seats available under Convenor Quota College-wise will be made available
on the website https://apeamcetbd.nic.in/ well before the commencement of Option Entry. The fee reimbursement for eligible candidates is subject to the guidelines issued by the Government of AP from time to time.
The candidates who have qualified for AP EAMCET 2023 (MPC Stream) need to pay processing fee to participate in the web counseling for the seat allocation. Processing fee can be paid through online using credit card or debit card or through internet banking.

2. Candidates are here by informed that they can change their option already exercised on 02.08.2023. The options will be frozen on 02.08.2023 and candidates cannot modify further.
3. The allotment will be placed on 04.08.2023 after 6.00 P.M.
4. Allotments now made are subject to the grant of affiliation from the University.
5. In the event of One Time Password (OTP) Problems, candidate can change his/her mobile number by visiting the nearest Help Line Center (HLC) by producing their identity. After changing mobile number, candidate can exercise options as per schedule.

The fee should paid in online mode only. To pay the fee you need to visit the official website @ www.apeamcetb.nic.in. After completion of payment you need to take a print out for the future reference. The processing fee should be paid before he/she attend for the certificate verification.

AP EAMCET BiPC Counselling 2023
