Educational Qualifications

Applicants must Pass H.S.L.C or equivalent from the recognized Organization/Board. Candidates must speak Assamese or any other State language fluently.

Physical Standard of Jail Warder Vacancy

1. Height (Minimum)

Chest (Only for Men): measuring not less than 81 cm when deflated.

Weight: proportionate to height and age as per medical standard.

Age Limit

The candidates’ age must be between 18 to 40 years of age as on January 1, 2023. There will be age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per government norms.

Assam Police Jail Warder: Salary Details

Selected candidates will get Rs. 14000-60,500 (Pay Band No.2) and Grade Pay Rs. 5200/- plus other allowances from the organization.
