Education Details
- Digital Banking / Information Security / EDMO: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or MCA / M.Sc in relevant fields. Certain posts may require specialized certifications like CISA, CISSP, CEH, or Data Science degrees.
- Facility Management: B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Security: Graduation in any discipline. Preferred for Officers with a minimum of 5 years of commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force or equivalent rank in Police/Paramilitary forces.
- Corporate Accounts & Taxation: Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWA, or Graduation in Economics/Commerce.
- Experience: All posts require relevant post-qualification work experience ranging from 2 to 10 years depending on the grade and department.
Salary
- JMG/S-I: Rs. 48,480 to Rs. 85,920
- MMG/S-II: Rs. 64,820 to Rs. 93,960
- MMG/S-III: Rs. 85,920 to Rs. 105,280
- SMG/S-IV: Rs. 102,300 to Rs. 120,940
(Note: Selected candidates will also be eligible for allowances and perquisites as per the Bank’s policies)
Age Limit (As on 01.08.2026)
- The minimum and maximum age criteria vary heavily based on the specific role and grade, generally ranging from 23 years to 43 years.
- Age Relaxations: Applicable as per government guidelines, including 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and up to 10-15 years for PwBD candidates.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Initial application scrutiny based on qualification, experience, and suitability.
- Online Test (if conducted): An online test covering Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge.
- Psychometric Test / GD / Personal Interview: Candidates will be assessed on personality, communication, and problem-solving skills. The minimum qualifying marks for the interview are 60% for General/EWS and 55% for reserved categories.
