Vacancy Details

The Belagavi DCC Bank has announced a total of 104 vacancies across three different job profiles. Out of these, 83 positions are reserved for Second Division Clerks, 1 post is for a Gun Man, and 20 vacancies are allocated for Peons.

Education Details

• Second Division Clerks: Candidates must hold a B.A., B.Sc., or B.Com degree from a legally recognized university in India. They must also have basic knowledge of computer operations and applications (this certificate is exempted if a computer subject was studied during their degree).

• Gun Man: Candidates must have passed the SSLC / 10th standard or an equivalent examination. Additionally, the candidate must be an Ex-Serviceman retired from the Indian Armed Forces and possess a valid Arm License.

• Peons: Candidates must have passed the SSLC / 10th standard or an equivalent examination.

Note: A mandatory requirement for all applicants is the knowledge of the Kannada language, which includes the ability to read, write, understand, and speak it clearly.

Salary

• Second Division Clerks: Rs. 53,150 – 1,15,150/-
• Gun Man: Rs. 47,650 – 1,05,650/-
• Peons: Rs. 42,650 – 96,650/-

Age Limit

The minimum and maximum age limits are calculated as of the last date for submitting applications (27-08-2026):

• General Category: 18 to 35 years
• Category 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B: 18 to 38 years
• SC, ST, and Category-1: 18 to 40 years

Selection Process

• Written Examination: A written test will be conducted for eligible candidates. For Second Division Clerks, the exam will be for 200 marks, whereas for the Peon and Gun Man posts, the exam will be for 100 marks.
• Interview: Based on the marks obtained in the written examination, candidates will be called for an interview in a 1:5 ratio. The interview carries a maximum of 15 marks.
• Final Merit List: The final selection will be determined by converting the written exam marks to 85% and adding the interview score (out of 15 marks), keeping applicable reservation policies in mind.

• SC, ST, and Category-1: Rs. 500/- (plus applicable bank gateway charges)
• Other Categories: Rs. 1000/- (plus applicable bank gateway charges)

The application fee must be paid online via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Online mode. Fees will not be accepted via DD, Cheque, Postal Order, or Cash.
