Bihar BSFC Recruitment 2026: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB), on behalf of the Food & Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar, has published the official recruitment advertisement (Advt. No. BCECEB(BSFC)-2026/01) for Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (BSFC). Under this recruitment drive, applications are invited from eligible candidates for 259 positions, including Lower Division Clerk (Nimnavargiya Lipik), Assistant Manager, Assistant Accounts Officer, Accountant, and Quality Controller. Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years for all posts.
• Maximum Age:
  • Unreserved (General) Male: 37 Years
  • Backward Class (BC) / Extremely Backward Class (EBC) (Male & Female): 40 Years
  • Unreserved Female: 40 Years
  • Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) (Male & Female): 42 Years
  • PwBD Candidates: 10 Years age relaxation in the upper age limit.

Salary & Pay Scale

• Assistant Manager & Assistant Accounts Officer: Pay Matrix Level-7 (Pay Band ₹9,300–₹34,800 + Grade Pay ₹4,600/-).
• Accountant & Quality Controller: Pay Matrix Level-4 (PB-1 + Grade Pay ₹2,400/-).
• Lower Division Clerk (Nimnavargiya Lipik): Pay Matrix Level-2 (PB-1 + Grade Pay ₹1,900/-).
• All posts are entitled to standard DA, HRA, and state government allowances as revised periodically.

Selection Process

1. Written Examination: Objective Computer-Based Test / Written Exam conducted by BCECEB covering subject knowledge, general awareness, reasoning, and numerical ability.
2. Merit Panel Formation: A merit list / panel of qualified candidates will be formulated based on written test scores (panel remains valid for one year).
3. Document Verification: Original certificate scrutiny for educational qualification, caste/category, and experience before final recommendation.

3. Complete Step-1 (Registration) by entering your personal details, valid email ID, and mobile number to receive your Registration Number and Password.
4. Log in and change the system-generated password upon first login.
5. Complete Step-2 to Step-4 by entering basic personal information, educational credentials, and relevant experience details.
6. Complete Step-5 by uploading high-contrast colour passport-size photograph and scanned signature in both Hindi and English.
7. Check the application preview in Step-6, review all details, and click on “Final Submit”.
8. Complete Step-7 by paying the examination fee online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
9. Download and print the completed application form and fee transaction receipt for future record during document verification.
