Head of Capacity Building, HR & Facility Management
MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management/ Postgraduate Degree in Public Administration/ Public Policies/ Labour and Social Welfare with at least 10 years of relevant professional work experience in capacity building, HR and facility management in large-scale poverty reduction program/ MGNREGA/ rural development/ livelihoods programme/ project run by Government and/or reputed NG0s/ Pvt.   • Selected candidates as district MIS team member of Rs.20,000/-
  • Selected candidates as the audit assistant, accounts assistant will get Rs.15,000/-
  • Selected candidates as district assistant audit & finance manager will get Rs.35,000/-
  • Selected candidates as district program officer will get Rs.50,000/-
  • Selected candidates as assistants, accounts assistants will get Rs.15,000/-
  • Selected candidates as accountants, State MIS team member will get Rs.20,000/-
  • Selected candidates as state program officer, head of capacity building will get Rs.70,000/
  • Selected candidates as IEC manager, Coordinator will get Rs.40,000/
  • Selected candidates for remaining posts will get Rs.60,000/-
