Education Details
Candidates must possess a B.Sc., M.Sc., M.Pharm, MS Pharm, B.E./B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, or a Ph.D. in relevant disciplines (such as Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, etc.) from a recognized university or institute. Valid NET/GATE scores or significant R&D experience are desirable or mandatory for specific advanced posts.
Salary
The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend or emolument ranging from ₹20,000/- to ₹78,000/-, along with applicable House Rent Allowance (HRA). The exact stipend depends on the specific project position and the candidate’s qualifications (e.g., holding a valid NET/GATE qualification often warrants a higher stipend).
Age Limit
The upper age limit varies strictly according to the specific position code, generally set at 35, 40, or 45 years as of the date of the walk-in interview. Age relaxation is applicable for statutory groups (SC/ST/OBC/Women) and PwBD candidates as per Government of India and CSIR norms.
Selection Process
The selection will be based primarily on the candidate’s performance in the Walk-in-Interview. Additionally, a skill test may be conducted for suitable posts if deemed necessary by the selection committee.
