Education Details
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant Engineering or Technology discipline from a recognized institution, along with post-qualification work experience specific to the trade. Alternatively, candidates holding a National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) or completing the Craft Instructor Training Scheme (CITS) in a relevant trade with field experience are also eligible. Basic computer knowledge is mandatory for all applicants.
Salary
Selected candidates will initially receive a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 40,800 for the first five years of service. Upon successful completion of this probationary period, they will be absorbed into Pay Level-5 under the 7th Pay Commission, which features a pay scale of Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300, alongside applicable state government allowances.

The minimum age requirement is 18 years, while the maximum age limit is capped at 36 years as of August 3, 2026. Upper age relaxation is available for reserved categories (SC, ST, SEBC, EWS), women, ex-servicemen, and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) as per Gujarat State Government regulations.
