Eligibility Criteria of HP NTSE 2021
- Candidates appearing for the exam must have cleared class 9 with at least 60% marks. However, SC/ST/OBC/PCG candidates must score 55% marks in class 9 for appearing in the stage I exam.
- Students who are engaged in any job with salary, stipend or remuneration are not eligible for the scholarship.
- Getting a scholarship from any other source will cause the cancellation of the NTSE scholarship for that period/year.
- The Indian students studying abroad in Class X shall be permitted to appear directly for the stage II exam on the basis of certain norms by NCERT.
