HP Postal GDS Cycle 2 2020 Merit List – Selection Process

• Board will select the candidates for the Post through automatic generated Merit List based on the marks in 10th class.
• If the candidate having higher qualification Board will consider only 10th standard marks. candidates can select a maximum of 20 posts as per circle in a single application. contenders selected for the more than one post then the Post in the order of preference of the candidate, remaining posts will be forfeited. Candidates who are submitting their application without complete details will be rejected by the Board for the post.
• More than one candidate has the same marks in 10th Class, then selection will be based on the preference of  Date of Birth (Elder candidate), ST female, SC female. OBC female, Gen female, ST male, SC male. OBC male, Gen male.

Himachal Pradesh Postal GDS Document Verification Process

Himachal Pradesh postal circle GDS Merit list contains details such as Name of the Candidate, Registered Number, Division of Postal circle, Name of Head office, Name of Sub-Office, Name of Branch office, Name & Number of Posts, category, Percentage of marks. All the selected candidates must attend the document verification process conducted by the board as per the Schedule. Candidates should carry original documents along with 2 sets of Xerox copies to the verification process such as Original Certificate of 10th / SSC/SSLC, Caste Certificate, Computer Certificate, PWD certificate (if Required)
