Aspirants considering registration under the CRP SPL-XVI structure must satisfy the minimum requirements regarding age metrics and academic achievements on the stipulated dates.

Educational Qualification (As on 21.07.2026)

• IT Officer (Scale-I): 4-year Engineering or Technology Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Instrumentation OR a Post Graduate degree in these domains OR Graduation combined with passing DOEACC ‘B’ level.

• Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): 4-year Graduation Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, Pisciculture, Agri. Marketing & Cooperation, Co-operation & Banking, Agro-Forestry, Forestry, Agricultural Biotechnology, Food Science, Agriculture Business Management, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or Sericulture.

• Law Officer (Scale I): A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) along with active enrollment as an advocate with the state Bar Council.

• HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I): Graduate combined with a 2-year full-time Post Graduate degree or 2-year full-time PG Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR, HRD, Social Work, or Labour Law.

• Marketing Officer (Scale I): Graduate degree accompanied by a 2-year full-time MMS, MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, PGPM, or PGDM with a core specialization in Marketing.
