• Grade A: Graduate Engineers (Chemical, Civil, Computer Science & IT, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechanical), Officer (Marketing), and Officer (Law).
• Grade A0: Assistant Quality Control Officer.
• Grade E0: Diploma Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Safety).

Education Details & Experience

• Graduate Engineer (Grade A): B.Tech./B.E./Equivalent Degree in Chemical, Civil, CS & IT, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Officer – Marketing (Grade A): 2 years full-time regular MBA (Marketing) or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Officer – Law (Grade A): Graduate Degree in any discipline with an LLB, or a 5-year Integrated LLB degree with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Requires a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in legal functions.
• Assistant Quality Control Officer (Grade A0): Master’s Degree in Chemistry (Inorganic, Organic, Analytical, Physical, Applied, Industrial) with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Requires a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant laboratory.
• Diploma Engineer (Grade E0): 3 years Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or specified Safety engineering with a minimum of 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Selection Process

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): A 100-mark objective test containing sections on General Aptitude (40 marks) and Domain Knowledge (60 marks). There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.
2. Group Discussion (GD) & Group Task (GT): Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will participate in GD and GT rounds.
3. Personal Interview (PI): Evaluation of technical knowledge and overall suitability.
