Education Details
Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): Must possess a B.E. / B.Tech degree in the concerned engineering discipline from a recognized university.
Graduate Apprentice (Science / Library): Must hold a regular B.Sc (CS/IT) degree or an MLISc (Library and Information Science) degree from a recognized university.
Diploma Apprentice: Must hold a Diploma in Engineering (or Diploma in Commercial Practice for relevant posts) awarded by a recognized State Board.
Trade (ITI) Apprentice: Must have completed an ITI course in the concerned trade discipline from a recognized institute.

Age Limit & Eligibility
Only regular candidates who have successfully passed their qualifying examination (Degree, Diploma, or ITI) during the years 2024, 2025, and 2026 are eligible to apply. Candidates must report for training within 3 years of obtaining their qualifications, otherwise, their offers will be canceled. Ex-apprentices, individuals currently undergoing training, or those with one year or more of professional work experience are disqualified from applying. Only Indian nationals are eligible to join the program.
Selection Process
The received email applications will undergo a primary screening and verification process. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a physical interview at the respective centers. The final selection panel will be prepared strictly based on academic percentages combined with the candidates’ performance in the interview rounds. Selected candidates will receive official confirmation letters solely via email. No travelling allowance will be paid for attending the document verification or interview.

There is no application or registration fee charged by ISRO ISTRAC to apply for these apprenticeship positions. The complete enrollment and email submission process is entirely free of cost for all categories of applicants.

Register on NATS Portal: Eligible Graduate and Diploma candidates must compulsorily register themselves on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at nats.education.gov.in to generate a unique Enrollment Number.
Prepare Mandatory Details: Draft your application text inside the main body of an email, clearly specifying your full Name, Contact Number, Qualification details (Degree/Diploma/ITI), Passing Year, and your NATS Enrollment ID.
Specify Subject Line: In the email subject line, you must mandatorily mention the designated Post Code (e.g., “Application for Post Code: GA02”).
Attach Valid Documents: Attach high-quality scanned copies of your Final Degree/Diploma/ITI Certificate (or final semester marksheet if the certificate is awaited) along with Class X and Pre-University certificates.
