LIC AAO & AE Notification 2023

LIC AAO & AO Recruitment will be done through a national level examination which is conducted once every year. The Recruitment Process will have three stages. The first stage is preliminary which is an objective-type of multiple-choice questions. The second stage is mains which are descriptive-type questions. Third and final stage is the personal interview. The examination is conducted in two languages, English and Hindi.

LIC AAO Education Qualification

Graduation degree of Engineering in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics, or an MC/ MSC (Computer Science) from a recognized Indian university/institution
AAO (CA)
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian university/ institution.
Must have passed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and completed articles as presented by ICAI.
The candidate should also be an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Candidates must provide their membership number and it will be verified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
AAO (ACTUARIAL)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian university/institution.
Should have compulsorily passed paper CT1 and CT5 plus 4 or more other papers of the examination conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India / Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK. (Total 6 or more papers) as on the date of eligibility i.e. March 01, 2023.

AAO (RAJBHASHA)
Post-graduate master’s degree in Hindi/Hindi translation with English as one of the subjects at bachelor’s degree level, or
Post-graduate master’s degree in English with Hindi as one of the subjects at bachelor’s degree level, or
Post-graduate master’s degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at bachelor’s degree
AAO (Legal)
Bachelor’s degree in Law or LLM from a recognized
Indian university/institution.
Candidates must have three years of Bar experience as essential criteria.
AE (Civil)
B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) from an AICTE recognized Indian University/Institution. The candidate should have a minimum of three years of working experience in the planning and execution of multi-storied building projects with all required infrastructure.
AE (Electrical)
B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical) from an AICTE recognized Indian University/Institution. The candidate should have a minimum of three years of working experience in the planning and execution of multi-storied building projects with all required infrastructure.
Assistant Architect
B. Arch. from a recognized Indian University/Institution. The candidate should be registered with the Council of Architecture and possess a minimum of three years of experience in designing all types of buildings with allied services. The candidate should also be well versed with green building design requirements and application of AutoCAD software and/or similar type software
AE (Structural)
M. Tech / M.E. (Structural) from an AICTE recognized Indian University/ Institution. The candidate should be well versed in the structural design of high-rise buildings with the foundation system. He/she should be familiar with various standards of BIS pertaining to structural design and Foundation design and must be experienced in the handling of structural engineering software like ETABS, STAAD, etc. Candidates applying for the post must possess a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in the area
AE (MEP engineers)
B. Tech./ B.E. (Mechanical/ Electrical) from an AICTE recognized Indian University/Institution. The candidate should have a minimum of three years experience in planning and execution of Plumbing / Piping / HVAC systems, Lift & Fire Fighting systems, Electrical Sub-station in multi-storied buildings.

LIC AAO Age Limit

Candidates who are applying for LIC AAO & AE 2023 must be an Age Limit between 21 years to 30 years. Relaxation on age for reserved category candidates is as per Government Norms which is given below.

LIC AAO 2023 Salary Details

LIC is one of the Best Public Sector Firms that provide the Highest Salary and Benefits to its Employees. The Salary range will be from Rs. 32,000 to Rs. 33,000 per month during the probation.

The salary of LIC AAO is around 56,000 to 57,000 per month with some allowances.
For the post of personnel, some allowances that you get include- financial, vehicle, hospitality, insurance, and a few more like this.
The AAO is tasked with regulating new schemes, coordinating them with other departments, supporting the sector in general, interacting with customers to better benefit the company and managing claims, and adapting the settlements between customers and staff. LIC AAOs are liable to serve one, up to 2 years of probation.
Candidates appointed to LIC as an Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) shall be appointed on a 1-year term of probation from the date of their appointment. It can be extended to 2 years, depending on the candidates’ performance during the probation.
For a minimum period of four years from the date of appointment, the candidate chosen for an officer’s position shall undertake to serve LIC (including the probationary period). In case of failure to cover this period, the candidates shall be liable for liquidated losses of Rs.500 000/.

LIC Selects Candidates for AAO & AO Jobs through three Recruitment Processes. They includes – Preliminary Examination, Mains Examination and Interview.
