Salary & Stipend Structure
Selected candidates undergo a training-cum-probation period of one year as Management Trainees before formal absorption:
Stipend During Training: A consolidated stipend of approximately Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per month during the initial training duration.
Emoluments Post Confirmation: Upon successful completion of training and performance review, trainees are absorbed as Assistant Managers in the regular executive cadre with an annual CTC ranging between Rs. 5.5 Lakhs to Rs. 7.5 Lakhs per annum, depending on the city classification.
