Education Details
- Candidates must have passed 10th Standard (SSC) and possess a valid ITI (Industrial Training Institute) pass certificate in the respective trade from a recognized board/institution.
- Post-graduates and candidates currently undergoing or having already completed an apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act 1961 are not eligible to apply.
Stipend details
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during their one-year training based on their trade:
- ₹11,040/- per month: Fitter, Turner, Electrician, Machinist, Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) / Chemical Plant Operator, Instrument Mechanic, Electronics Mechanic, Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant), Motor Mechanics (Vehicle), and Draughtsman (Mechanical).
- ₹10,560/- per month: Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA), Diesel Mechanic, Carpenter, Plumber, and Welder.
Age Limit
Candidates must be at least 18 years old as on the closing date of application (September 16, 2026). The category-wise upper age limits are as follows:
- General / UR: 25 Years
- OBC: 28 Years
- SC / ST: 30 Years
Selection Process
- The selection of candidates for the apprenticeship program will be conducted through a Walk-in-Interview.
- The NFC selection committees will scrutinize the submitted online applications and invite shortlisted candidates for the interview.
- Final selection is contingent upon Document Verification, Police Verification from the respective district, and obtaining a Medical Fitness Certificate from a Civil Surgeon/Assistant Civil Surgeon at the time of joining.

- There is no application fee (Nil) required for any category of candidate to apply for this apprenticeship training.

apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. - Register on the portal by completing the candidate profile and uploading all necessary documents (10th/ITI mark sheets, Aadhaar card, caste certificate, etc.).
- Log in using your registered email ID and password.
- Click on the “Apprenticeship Opportunities” tab.

- A list of trades operated at NFC Hyderabad will appear. Click the “Apply” button next to your desired and eligible trade.
