Class 10 (Secondary)
Total Marks: 100 per subject.
Components:
Theory: 60 marks.
Practical/Internal Assessment: 40 marks.
Passing Criteria: Minimum 33% in both theory and practical components separately.
Class 12 (Senior Secondary)
Total Marks: 100 per subject.

Theory: 60 marks.

Note: Practical examinations are compulsory for subjects that involve lab work or project work.
How to Download the NIOS Class 10, 12 Admit Card 2026
- Visit the Official Portal at sdmis.nios.ac.in/search/hall-ticket.
- Enter the 12-digit enrollment number.
- Choose ‘Theory Examination’ from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- Admit card will be displayed; download and take a printout for future reference.
Ensure all details on the admit card are correct. In case of discrepancies, contact your respective Regional Centre immediately.
