| Circle Project Supervisor (CPS) | Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce/Management with minimum of 50% aggregate marks. |
| Junior Assistant, District Level, Sub Division Level, Circle Level | Graduate with minimum 1 (one) year Diploma in Computer Application/DTP from reputed institutions or Diploma in Computer Application. |
| Accounts Manager | B.Com with minimum 3 (Three) years experience or M. Com with 1 (One) year experience respective with the Government or reputed private organization. |
| District Project Supervisor (DPS) – Head Quarter | MBA/Master in Arts /Science/ Commerce with minimum 50% aggregate. |
| Project Executive- IEC & Procurement | MBA/ Masters in Commerce/ Masters in Mass Com with 1 (One) year work experience in Government or reputed private organization. |
