The category-wise vacancy distribution for the Accounts Executive post is as follows:

• Unreserved (UR): 22 Posts (Out of which 7 are for Women).

• Scheduled Castes (SC): 10 Posts (Out of which 3 are for Women).

• Scheduled Tribes (ST): 11 Posts (Out of which 4 are for Women).

• Total: 43 Posts (Out of which 14 are for Women).

Note: The vacancy in the SEBC category for the post is Nil, but candidates belonging to the SEBC category can apply for the post against the Unreserved Category.

OSCSC Accounts Executive Jobs 2026: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have Inter Chartered Accountants or Inter Cost and Works Accountants.

OR

Commerce Graduates with Honours (With at least 50% marks) or Distinction.

Additionally, candidates must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and have passed an examination with Odia as a language subject (such as the Middle English School Examination, HSC Examination, etc.).

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 years as on 01.01.2026.
• Maximum Age: 42 years as on 01.01.2026.

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST, and Women candidates, and by 10 years for PwD candidates.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be placed in the Pay Band of Rs. 29,200/- to Rs. 92,300/- (Level-8) on a regular basis in the pay matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017. This comes with the prevailing Dearness Allowance and other allowances as sanctioned by OSCSC Ltd. from time to time.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of two main stages:

• Stage-I (Computer Based Test): An online test comprising 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) carrying 120 marks with a duration of 2 hours. There is no negative marking for any wrong answer.

• Stage-II (Certificate Verification): Candidates will be shortlisted based on the provisional merit list from the CBT and called for the verification of their original academic certificates and documents.

• Candidates other than SC, ST, and PwD: Rs. 500/-.

• SC, ST, and PwD Candidates: Nil.

• Mode of Payment: Online, using the payment gateway integrated with the online application form.

• Refund Policy: The examination fees paid shall be refunded to those candidates who actually appear for the examination.
