Education Details
Candidates must possess the following minimum educational qualifications from recognized boards or universities to be eligible:
Diploma Trainee (Electrical/Civil/Survey): A full-time 3-year regular Diploma in the respective engineering discipline (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics, Civil, or Survey Engineering) with a minimum of 70% marks for General/OBC/EWS (Pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD).
Junior Officer Trainee (HR): A 3-year full-time Graduate Degree (BBA, BBM, or BBS) with at least 60% marks.
Junior Officer Trainee (F&A): Must have passed Inter CA or Inter CMA.
Junior Technician Trainee (Survey): A full-time 2-year ITI certificate in the Surveyor trade.
Salary
Selected candidates will be offered a highly competitive remuneration package. Upon successful completion of the one-year training period:
Diploma Trainee (DT) & Junior Officer Trainee (JOT): Absorbed at the S1 level as Junior Engineer/Officer Gr-IV in the pay scale of Rs. 25,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,17,500/- (IDA). The estimated annual CTC is approximately Rs. 12.7 Lakhs.
Junior Technician Trainee (JTT): Absorbed at the W3 level as Junior Technician in the pay scale of Rs. 21,500 – 3% – Rs. 74,000/- (IDA). The estimated annual CTC is approximately Rs. 10.9 Lakhs.
Age Limit
To apply for the PGCIL Non-Executive vacancies, candidates must meet the following age limits as of the cut-off date (11th May 2026):

Selection Process
The selection methodology for the PGCIL Non-Executive Recruitment includes the following transparent stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT): A 2-hour examination comprising 170 objective-type questions (120 from Technical/Professional knowledge and 50 from Aptitude). There is a negative marking of 1/4th mark for every wrong answer.
Computer Skill Test / Trade Test: This stage is qualifying in nature and is specifically applicable to JOT (HR/F&A) and JTT (Survey) candidates.
