Education Details

To be eligible for the Local Bank Officer post, candidates must hold a Graduation degree in any discipline from a university recognised by the Government of India. Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of 18 months of work experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB) as of April 20, 2026. A minimum CIBIL score of 650 or above is also required at the time of joining.

Salary

Selected candidates will be placed in the Junior Management Grade Scale I (JMGS-I). The basic pay scale ranges from Rs. 48,480 to Rs. 85,920 per month. Candidates will receive their initial pay comprising the base scale along with three advance increments. Additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and medical support will be provided as per standard bank regulations.
