ਸੰਭਾਵਿਤ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਕਲਾਸ ਬਾਰਵੀਂ ਇੰਟਰਮੀਡੀਏਟ ਦਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਬੋਰਡ ਜਾਂ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਘੱਟ 45% ਅੰਕਾ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਸ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਡਿਪਲੋਮਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਇੰਨ ਨਰਸਰੀ ਟੀਚਰ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਨਹੀਂ, ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਰਸ ਜੋ ਇਸਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹੈ। (ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ)

ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਟੇਟ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ 100 ਅੰਕ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਟੈਸਟ ਦਾ (ਉਬਜੈਕਟਿਵ ਟਾਈਪ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਦਰਸਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਯੋਗਤਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਹੋਰ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੈਰਿਟ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਟੈਸਟ ਅਤੇ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਦੇ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰੋਵਾਈਡਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਵਾਈਡਰਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਜ, ਈ.ਜੀ.ਐਸ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਜ, ਏ.ਆਈ.ਈ. ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ (STR) ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਉਪਰਲੀ ਸੀਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੇਵਾ ਬਦਲੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ 01 ਅੰਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ 10 ਨੰਬਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
