PUTHAT 2022: PUTHAT 2022 is also known as Panjab University Tourism and Hospitality Aptitude Test 2022. It is a University Level Exam and is conducted once a year by the institution. The conducting body is The University Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management. The board will release the Application Form in May 24th, to June 16th, 2022 and it will be available in online mode. The PUTHAT 2022 exam will be conducted on June 29, 2022. The entrance test offers two major courses. Candidates who aspire to join the Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) and Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management (BTTM) offered by the Panjab University should undertake this test. BHMCT is a four-year programme with 60 seats for Indian aspirants and 06 NRI seats. BTTM offers 30 seats for Indians and 03 NRI seats. Eligibility criteria of PUTHAT 2022
Candidates should have completed their 10+2 level exam in a recognised institute with a minimum score of 50% in aggregate. There will be a relaxation of 5% in marks for candidates belonging to the SC/ST category. Any equivalent exam from recognized Board/University/Council is also accepted. But the candidates who have completed 10+2 exams from Mahila Gram Vidyapeeth, Allahabad are not eligible for applying to this exam.

Application process of PUTHAT 2022
The applicant should visit the official website link and then should register themselves. By using the login details, they can avail the application form. It will be obtained from the following link https://puthat.puchd.ac.in/registration.php . The applicant should duly fill up this form and attach scanned copy of required documents. The candidate should also take a scanned copy of their signature. The application fee should be paid as per the category of the candidate and the filled form should be submitted along with the above listed scanned copies.

Counselling process of PUTHAT 2022
The results of the exam will be announced online in their official website on 27-29 May 2022. The final list of candidates will be done by the conducting body. The cut off for the exam will be based on the number of seats available, number of candidates applied for the exam, their score in qualifying exam and their score in the entrance test. The shortlisted candidates will be listed out and they should attend the counselling process. To attend the counselling, the candidate should first fill in a registration form and submit it before first week of June 2022. The candidates should bring required documents and initial payment of fee for admission. During counselling, the document verifications will be done by the board and final list of seats filled will be announced.
