Rajasthan JET Agriculture 2020: Rajasthan JET is also known as Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test. It is a state-level joint entrance exam which is conducted by Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur. Candidates who want to study B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc horticulture , B.Sc Forestry and B.Tech in Dairy Technology programs should take this entrance test.

Application fee for Rajasthan JET 2020
The candidates belonging to General/OBC/SBC category : Rs. 2800
The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PC (>39%) category : Rs. 1400
Application process for Rajasthan JET 2020
Rajasthan JET 2020 Application Form will be released online in their official web site. The aspirants should first register themselves. The candidates should then fill the application form and the last date of submitting the form will be in second week of April 2020. After making application fee payment and printing the application form, the candidates must upload photograph & signature in the given format. The aspirants are advised to keep print out of the filled application form till admission in the institute/college.
Eligibility criteria for Rajasthan JET 2020
- Candidates who will have domicile of Rajasthan state will only be eligible to apply.
- Candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent examination from Rajasthan, Ajmer or any other equivalent board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. They should have passed with Agriculture, Biology, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subject.
- There will be a relaxation of 5% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/SBC category.
- The maximum age of applying candidates should be 25 years as on 1/01/2020.

Medium: English and Hindi
Exam Duration: 2 hours.
Question Type: Multiple choice questions
Total Questions : 200 questions
Marking Scheme: 4 marksfor every correct answer
Negative Marking: 1 mark will get deducted for each wrong answer.

Agriculture subject:
General Proficiency & General knowledge in Agriculture
Biology:
Environmental Biology, Botany & Human Welfare, Unity of Life, Continuity of Life, Plant Physiology, Invertebrates and Vertebrates
Chemistry subject:
Structure of Atom, Colloidal State of Matter, Valency of Carbon & Hybridization, Chemical Bonding.
Mathematics:
Algebra of Complex Number, Relations & Functions, Matrices, Vectors, Geometry, Differentiation and Integration.
Physics:
Dynamic of Particle, Rotational Motion, Thermodynamics, Waves and Electrostatics
Counselling process for Rajasthan JET 2020
The results of the entrance exam will be announced online on 23 June,2020. Counselling will be organized on 25 June 2020. Candidates who obtained qualifying marks in the Rajasthan JET 2020 exam will be considered eligible for counselling & admission procedure. It will be compulsory for the qualified candidates to fill the option form after the result announcement to participate in the counselling process. The seats will be filled based on the merit, choice-filled, availability of seats, ranks and reservation policy.
