Eligibility Criteria for Rajya Sabha Television Assistant Producer, Copy Editor, Video Editor Jobs 2018
Essential Qualification
- Assistant Producer – Graduate from a recognised University/ Institution and 3 years’ experience in reputed television News channels in the fields of copy writing/production
- Technical Executive – B.Sc. in Electronics, B.Sc.(IT), B.Sc.(CS), B.C.A or Diploma in Electronics/ Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering; and minimum 3 years’ experience in operation of state-of-the-art broadcast equipment such as Ingest Controls, Automation Controls, Master Control Room equipment, operation of Router Controls and Broadcast Servers etc. in a TV channel
- Producer – Graduate from a recognised University/ Institution and minimum 6 years’ experience in a reputed television News channel in the fields of copy writing, production, input/output assignments in Hindi/English
- Correspondent – Graduate from a recognised University/ Institution and minimum 6 years’ experience in reputed television News channels in the fields of reporting
- Copy Editor (New Media) – Graduate from a recognised University/ Institution and minimum 6 years’ experience in media with at least 3 years’ experience of copy writing in online setup of any print or electronic media organisation in English.
- Executive Editor – Graduate from a recognised University/ Institution and minimum 15 years’ combined experience in the field of journalism in print and visual media in a reputed media
- Executive Producer (Input)/ Associate Executive Producer – Graduate from a recognized University/ Institution and minimum 15 years’ experience in media
- Head of Graphics – Graduate in Visual Communication and Multimedia/ Fine Arts/ Design/Animation OR Graduate in any discipline and Diploma of 3 years in Multi Media / 5 year Degree/Diploma in Applied Arts /Graphics Designing and Multimedia or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution and 15 years of relevant experience
- Senior Anchor – Graduate from a recognised University/ Institution and minimum 10 years’ experience of reporting/copy writing or production in a reputed television News channel
- Consultant – Graduate from a recognised University/ Institution and minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Senior Assistant Editor- (English News) – Graduate from a recognised University/ Institution and minimum 12 years’ experience in Headline writing, Bulletin Planning, News Script writing, Rundown, and News Production in an English News Channel; and at least 4 years’ experience of independent handling of News Shifts as Shift-In-charge in a English News Channe
- Senior Producer – Hindi News – Graduate from a recognised University/ Institution and 2minimum 10 years’ experience in reputed television News channels in the field of copy writing, production and handling input/output/programming desk in Hind
- Senior Guest Coordinator – Graduate from a recognised University/ Institution and minimum 8 years’ experience in Electronic Media with at least 6 years’ experience in guest coordination in reputed Television News channels
- Chief Researcher – Post Graduate from a recognised University / Institution and minimum eight years research experience in media organisation /new media / legislative research / social sector research
- Social Media Expert – Graduate from a recognized University/ Institution and minimum 8 years’ experience Print/ Electronic/Online media; and at least 4 years’ experience in handling online content specially promoting content on social media platforms
- Web Developer – BE/B.TECH(Computer Science/IT) / M.Sc.(IT)/ MCA from a recognized University/ Institution and at least 4 years’ experience of independent handling web site development and designing; Or BCA from a recognized University/ Institution and minimum 6 years’ experience of independent handling web site development and designing.
- Video Editor – Graduate from a recognized University/ Institution and minimum 5 years’ experience in video editing in Nonlinear Format in a television channel/ production house; Or Three year Degree/Diploma in Film Editing/ Video Editing/ Post Production or equivalent from recognized University/Institution, and; at least 3 years’ experience in video editing on Non-linear format in a television channel/production house.
- Senior Reporter – Graduate from a recognised University/ Institution and minimum 4 years’ experience in media with at least 3 years’ experience of reporting in media
- Senior Researcher – Graduate from a recognized University/ Institution and minimum 6 years’ research experience in any media organisation /new media / legislative research / social sector research
